About me
Finishing my education for Hospitality and Tourism Management have furthered my passion for Tourism Industry as a main pillar of the economy. I have experienced the excellence of customer service while being the “people`s person” within the Tourism Industry at the departments of : Hotel Management, Restaurant Management, Consulting for corporations, Food and Beverage Manager and Chef de cuisine.
In my decennial portfolio, I have engendered food and beverage menus, trained ambassadors how to cook and how to serve, created cost control mechanisms, designed profit and loss goals, strategic planning for business growth and many more essentials while consulting for on going and/or new openings of hotels and restaurants. I lead and managed teams to succeed in our short goal strategies while holding the position of restaurant manager as well as hotel manager.
Born and raised in Eastern Europe, educated and molded in Midwest of the United States while operating in the West Canada represents the cherry on top of the cake when considering the connections that I have built over the years, and experiences that I have been through east to west of the western hemisphere.

Standard Operating Procedures
It is very important to have training procedures and operating procedures in place when hiring new workers and re-training current ones. Each “SOP” is made specifically for each venue.

Our expertise is in all areas of Cost Control. Stop the theft or aim to gain higher margin of profits by using many of the strategies that proved to be positive in the past venues.
